Lodging in Private Room in Home:  There are two rooms within the house which we house small animals, the office on the main floor of the house and a spare room on the second level of the house. Each room provides a safe and private space for small animals. We are happy to offer soothing streaming  music or videos during the day for your animal's comfort.

Wellness Checks: Regular visual wellness checks are conducted at least six times per day to ensure your pet is well, both physically and emotionally. The last visit of the day includes cage covering.

Daily Out-of-Cage Time: We understand how daily out-of-cage time is critical in assisting with maintaining your pets emotional and physical wellbeing while away from their family and home. With that in mind, we offer an hour a day of out of cage time in an enclosed floor play pen.

Emphasis on Cleanliness: Cages and litter boxes are spot cleaned daily and completely refreshed every few days or as needed to maintain proper hygiene. Water and food dishes are cleaned daily with soap and hot water. We prioritize and guarantee a clean and healthy space for your pet.

Nutrition and Care: Your pet's dietary needs are met through meal and treat offerings in a manner which not only mirrors their normal feeding schedule at home but includes several times a day enrichment bowls, puzzles, mats, etc. We are experienced in administering supplements and medications as needed.

Individualized Care Needs:  We are dedicated to fulfilling your pet's unique care requirements, so please inquire how we can help to ensure their individual health and happiness throughout their stay.

You Provide:

-If desired and appropriate, you can bring your pet's familiar cage with all their contents.

-If you choose to rent one of our cages, please bring all your pets accessories to help create their familiar home environment.

- Please bring extra bedding. We spot clean cages daily and may exchange bedding more frequently than you do at home in order to keep a fresh, clean and hygienic environment, so it is essential you provide enough bedding or you will be charged for the use of our bedding to maintain our standards of cleanliness.

- Please bring their water bottles, food bowls, hay bags, hideouts, exercise wheels, chews and toys.

- Please bring their food, including pellets, hay, treats and vegetables. We will purchase and invoice you for additional food supplies should your pet run out.
